All artists participating in the Open Mic Talent Show must sign a release form, granting TMP Empire Media permission to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes, including social media and other platforms.
Artists under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to participate. Only a parent or legal guardian is authorized to sign the release form on their behalf.
To all artists, Remember that, this a family event. NO PROFANITY OR CUSSING.
